1. Better late than never:

    Leftover Turkey in Curry Sauce

    Sauté ½ cup onion in butter.Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and ¼ cup milk. Stir until smooth.Add 1 cup turkey cut into small pieces and ½ teaspoon curry powder (I like more). Simmer a few minutes.Add 1 cup sour cream and heat through.

    Serve over rice. Serves four.
