Why are business book covers so ugly? – (37signals)

So few businesses and businesspeople understand the value of design that I'm not surprised business books are designed merely to throw information at you, rather than to captivate with aesthetic.

I'm a career support professional and team leader with over two decades of experience. I believe in leading and coaching teams of humans through active listening and empathy. I also work to broaden the understanding of these concepts, as well as of the importance of remote work, a culture of graceful mistakes, and diversity of thought in everyday work environments.

So true!!! A select few business books in my possession, namely Wikinomics, Made to Stick, and Grown Up Digital have nice covers. I dare say it is safe to say that anything with a number in it will have a hideous cover!

I look forward to digging through your past posts…I have been very impressed with what I have read so far Ryan!
