Well, now I’ve done it.
Guess I’ll have to start learning how to play this thing when it gets in. (Sadly backordered in this color.) Anyone be interested in watching some fool learn how to play guitar live on the internet? Because I’m debating broadcasting my experience with Rocksmith when I get it going.

Nice! Haven’t played Yamahas, but as far as I know, they make quality guitars. I’m curious, have you got an amp you plan to play it through, or will you just use the PC?
I’m going to start using a PC; didn’t want to increase the initial outlay until I know the knowledge is taking hold.
I for one would be interested to see how you do, also it would be really good to know your setup once you are comfortable with it. I have been playing my guitar through a little combo amp, and it’s been ages since the last time I tried recording something on a PC. So I’m eager to know what works for you and what not :)
